Project challenge
The glass needed a privacy treatment that reduced direct visibility into the meeting room but still looked integrated with the office. The film also needed to line up cleanly across multiple panes so the branded band read as one continuous design.
Installed solution
A frosted privacy film layout was installed across the interior glass with a custom logo treatment. The result creates a more private meeting room, keeps the office feeling open, and makes the glass part of the branded interior.
Before, During, After
Clear glass, install progress, and finished privacy band
The images show the office glass before/context, the installation in progress, and the finished branded frosted film across the meeting room glazing.

Progress video
The source clips were stitched into one muted progress video for the portfolio card and case study. The media pipeline should also generate the WebM version and poster frame from the MP4 source.
Privacy need
The meeting room needed softer sightlines from the surrounding office without making the space feel closed in.
Branding need
The film treatment had to include the company identity while staying clean across multiple panes of glass.
Result
The finished glass balances privacy, daylight, and a more polished branded interior.
Planning Note
Branded film needs layout control
Custom frosted and branded film can work well on meeting rooms, office fronts, sidelites, and glass partitions. The main details are sightline height, logo scale, panel breaks, door hardware, and how the design continues across adjacent panes.
Confirm sightline height
Privacy bands should be reviewed from both sides of the glass so the finished height solves the actual visibility issue.
Check pane breaks
Logo placement and frosted bands need to account for mullions, door gaps, handles, and any uneven panel spacing.
Keep daylight moving
Frosted film softens visibility while still allowing light through the glass, which is why it works well in interior office settings.
